...is the variety. I get to learn about all kinds of industries, then dive into each client’s audience, challenges, and search behavior to figure out how to help them show up in the right place at the right time.

we’re able to build strong organic visibility that lasts. SEO is a long-term strategy, so it’s rewarding to see how the work can strengthen a site and continue making an impact. It’s a great reminder that the best strategies are the ones that keep working over time.
What do you enjoy about working at Transistor?
What I love about working at Transistor is that everyone has their own area of expertise. Everyone is the go-to person for something, so when we collaborate, there are always strong ideas, different strategies, and a lot to learn from the people around you. It also helps that we found a group of people who are smart, kind, and genuinely great to work with.
What kind of work environment helps you do your best work?
The work environment that helps me do my best work is one that allows for flexibility. One thing I really appreciate about Transistor is that there's no one-size-fits-all approach. Every strategy is different and tailored to the client, which creates room to think creatively and find success in different ways.
What’s something that keeps you busy outside of work?
Baking, cookies are my specialty.
Favorite way to spend a weekend?
With friends and family and likely a game night that becomes way too competitive.
What’s something small that makes your day better?
As our team knows, my day is always made better by my dog Bear. I think I look forward to our walk breaks just as much as he does.
