Q&A With Gavin
A successful campaign usually starts with…
a strong understanding of a client's goals and what success looks like. Once we set that foundation, it's easier to set our targeting, messaging, and campaign structure around it.
One thing I always try to bring to client work is…
a strategic and performance-driven mindset that is backed by clear communication. I want our clients to feel confident that we're not just managing campaign, but actively looking for ways to improves results and support their business goals.
The part of marketing I find most interesting is…
the ability to constantly be able to test and learn. Adjustments to creative or targeting can make a major impact on performance, and I enjoy using learning from data to uncover what's working and how a campaign can continue to improve.
What do you appreciate most about your teammates?
What I appreciate most about my teammates is their willingness to collaborate and support one another. Everyone is always open to sharing their knowledge and expertise, while bringing new ideas and perspectives that help us improve as a team.
Which company value resonates with you most and why?(Trust, Determination, Collaboration, Exploration)
The company value that resonates with me the most is determination. In digital marketing, not every strategy works perfectly from the jump. Staying determined means being proactive, open minded, and always looking for new ways to improve performance. I believe determination helps drive long-term growth. Both for our clients and as a team.
What’s something that keeps you busy outside of work?
I enjoy running and watching basketball. The last few years I've trained for a couple of marathons, so training for those have kept me busy. I'm also a big Milwaukee Bucks fan and try to watch all regular season and playoff (hopefully) games.
Favorite way to spend a weekend?
Usually going on a run and then spending some time with friends, especially if the weather is nice.
If you could instantly master one skill, what would it be?
Playing the Piano
